PaddlePaddle by Baidu is an industrial deep learning platform, China's first independently developed one, open-sourced since 2016. It spans core training and inference frameworks, basic model libraries, and end-to-end development kits including PaddleOCR, PaddleNLP, and PaddleSeg, with a strong Chinese-language ecosystem and deployment tooling for production. It supports dynamic and static graph modes. Released under the Apache 2.0 license.
